My Dad ran a lumber company and always had building projects in the making.  Working with Dad was precious time spent and my brothers and I assisted any time he let us.  My love for projects and beautiful home interiors led me to study Interior Design and Feng-Shui. In the 90's I began renovating and running my own vacation rentals, and In 2010 I had the opportunity to start a vacation rental location for a friend starting with a few cosmetically challenged units and ultimately creating a robust vacation rental business. Friends and family began asking me to help them convert their extra spaces into vacation rentals, which then extended to clients and companies. I've also worked with clients whose homes would not sell and by merely by making small changes to stage the property, the homes sold almost immediately.    

I thoroughly enjoy the challenge of transforming sometimes unloved spaces into attractive, money making rentals that guests and hosts love.
